•Diploma in Arbitration between Legislation and Islamic Sharia Law from IAMA/ Ain Shams University

•BA degree from University of Mansoura – Egypt

Arbitration and Mediation Experience

•Representing a prominent property developer in several disputes in DIAC Arbitration proceedings
•Representing a major foreign oil and gas company in ICC Arbitration claims circa USD 50 million
•Representing a Petrochemical oil and gas company for negotiation and restructuring debts of AED 300 million.
•Representing a major real estate company in the UAE for negotiations and mediation for recovering claim of AED 5 million
•Representing a major Greek manufacturer in performing due diligence for the purpose of acquisition of assets of USD 100 million
