Mr. JIA Huai-Yuan (William) Appointed as Arbitrator by CIETAC, CMAC, and BAC
On May 6, May 8, and May 10, 2020, respectively, Mr. JIA Huai-Yuan (William), Managing Partner of DeHeng Dubai Law Firm, was appointed as an arbitrator by three domestic arbitration institutions: the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), and the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).

Mr. JIA Huai-Yuan (William), Partner of DeHeng Office, Director of DeHeng Middle East/Dubai Office, along with Partner Mr. Hussain Al Bannai, represented the Dubai subsidiary of a Chinese state-owned enterprise in a case against Iranian company AMK at the Dubai Court of Appeal in the UAE. Their work on this case was awarded the Outstanding Legal Service Project Award.
